About the project

This project was focused on accessibility for all users. The brand identity, tone of voice and journey mapping were all created by me with the help of Dialogflow and a developer. Together we've developed a chatbot and voice agent that resonates with the grocery store. The goal for this project was to find a solution that supported all users to complete their grocery shopping without any third party involved. It was more than just building a chatbot and voice agent it was building an identity that didn't exist before.
